The New England Conservation Association is a collegial group of individuals from the New England region who are interested in all aspects of art conservation. We sponsor six to eight meetings per year on a wide variety of conservation issues. The association also sponsors educational outreach activities through the New England Museum Association in cooperation with the American Institute for Conservation and the National Institute for Conservation.
Your membership helps support a series of interesting and topical meetings where you can keep up-to-date on the latest developments in conservation, enjoy refreshments with friends and colleagues, and get to see what’s going on behind the scenes. There is also an annual workshop providing hands-on opportunities for specialized interests with a rotating subject matter.
As a member, you will be a part of our directory, which is updated with current members and sent out each year. Additional electronic mailings throughout the year provide meeting notices with the dates, times, and directions to each talk or workshop. Your NECA connection also provides you an opportunity to post announcements to the membership regarding positions, workshops, meetings, etc.
Our monthly communication about meetings occurs online, so providing us with your email address is greatly appreciated. Also, establish the following email address as a safe sender: [email protected]
